Pages on a school website are beneficial for students and teachers so that they are able to access necessary information when not present in schools. The websites provide emails so that you may contact the teacher if a parent has any questions. The page allows parents and students to know about course content for all of this teacher's classes. I envision myself using technology in my class often. In this new generation technology use in the classroom is common. I think my assignments will all be administered online for the reasons that they are easier to grade, and students are able to know their scores at that moment. It also eliminates the possibility of the paper being lost or destroyed if submitted electronically. I also plan on using tools like the PowerPoint and Microsoft word when giving lessons.

I had not used PB works before this class. It was an easy to use and store the necessary information. I liked that we were able to communicate with our group members and see their pages as well as our group page. I think this tool is great for group projects as you are able to hold each team member accountable for his or her own work.

 I have never used Diigo before I used it in this course. It has taught me so many thing I didn't even know I could do on websites. It taught me how to bookmark articcles and add sticky notes.  I have been using microsoft word since middle school. I had a tehnology class in both middle and high school where we learned each tool and how to use them properly. This is one of my favorties to write on, I also realy like Google docs because of the autosave feature. Microsoft word is easy to ujse and it's useful having the wod count shown at the bottom at all times. The most meaningful standard to me is the one where "e ducators seek out opportunities for leadership to support student empowerment and success and to improve teaching and learning." I think this is the most important because students need someone in which they may look up to or just be able to learn from. I think a teacher showing leadership empowers students to also want to be leaders.  My name is Jamauri Denson. I am from Jacksonville, Fl and graduated from Saint Augustine High School. I am now attending Florida State University where I am studying education and economics.
