Blog Journal 6

 I have never used Diigo before I used it in this course. It has taught me so many thing I didn't even know I could do on websites. It taught me how to bookmark articcles and add sticky notes. Those are two of the features of Diigo I can see myself using in the future as I can see it being extremely beneficial in taking notes or doing research.

Blogging has become a big part of my life, with so many different social media platforms there's always a way to blog or vlog(video blog) your experiences. Blogging is a great way to capture memories as well as emotions at the time. Blogging is also a great way to engage with family and friends when sharing just thoughts and feelings. Like in this course, seeing someone blog about a similar experience allows you to connect with them.

A Web 2.0 tool that I would use is Schoology. I used this in highschool and it was a great way to ask questions when we weren't ion class like about homework. The questions also don't come directly to the teacher so students are able to help each other. This is also great in building bonds between students as thy guide one another.

    Hi Jamauri! I had never used Diigo before either but I agree with you about how it can be very beneficial when taking notes. I also thought it was interesting that you said how blogging can be done through social media platforms.

    Hey Jamauri! I have never been a big social media user. I use it to see other people's posts but not so much my own. However, I also like blogging in the sense of writing things down, or taking picture of my activities so I can see them in the future!

Intro Blog

 My name is Jamauri Denson. I am from Jacksonville, Fl and graduated from Saint Augustine High School. I am now attending Florida State University where I am studying education and economics. My career of choice is teaching as through person experience I know how impactful a strong influential teacher can be to a student’s confidence and success.
